Fifth Graders
The SCRABBLE tournament structure includes everything from local classroom competitions to extracurricular clubs, district-wide showdowns and a growing state/regional tournament structure.
Here are some ways to start participating:
Challenge another classroom
Look on the roster of clubs and see if there is another participating school in your area
Organize a school championship with grades 5-8 included. You will be surprised how often
the 5th graders win!
Talk with your PTA about a family challenge. It is also a great way to do fundraising.
List your event on our School SCRABBLE tournament calendar. Just contact us! and we will post results too.

Ready for some national competition? Maybe your club could send a team to our next National School SCRABBLE Championship. Each spring students in grades 5-8 have the opportunity to participate and in 2007, the event was televised on ESPN for the first time.
